Upton House is a Grade II* Listed early eighteenth century house by William Halfpenny.
To the north of the existing house a new double height central hall has been added together with a new east wing. The existing Victorian west wing has been adapted to provide a symmetrical arrangement. The new hall refers to the work of Sir George Dance and his pupil Sir John Soane.
