A new mews house and garage has been designed within the grounds of an early 19th century villa which has been attributed to Decimus Burton. The scheme includes a small new garden designed in the manner of Schinkel and Ludwig Persius.

The house will be constructed in painted Stucco with a shallow lead roof.
