This project involved the restoration and refurbishment of a 19th century house in Chelsea. The practice was responsible for the entire project including the furnishing and design of the interiors. A new library was created in Swiss pearwood and the artist Diana Hamilton designed fabrics for various rooms throughout the house which were hand made on narrow looms. Elsewhere in the house furniture was designed and purpose made for the project to be used in conjunction with antique furniture.

On the exterior the rear façade of the house was re-arranged to provide an understated classical façade incorporating terraces and a wrought iron verandah in the Regency manner. The rear garden was also re-designed in collaboration with the landscape gardener Hilton Marlton.
