Working in association with the local architects, Manning Elliott, the practice has been involved in the design of a new area of development adjoining the historic market town of Penrith in Cumbria.

The design includes a new large town square and two smaller squares, which link to the historic centre of the town. Within the scheme, various new buildings have been designed incorporating sandstone and rendered facades.
