POUNDBURY, DORCHESTER, DORSET

The practice undertook two phases of design work on the Duchy of Cornwall’s extension to Dorchester in Dorset. The first involvement was a formal apartment block facing the principal entrance to Poundbury. Several new buildings were also designed for the south-west quadrant at Poundbury. These included two formal apartment blocks with offices on the ground floor, together with two terraces of housing.
